Killing Bed Bugs

Once you have established that bed bugs are the source of your problems, you need to get on to getting rid of them. Remove all the bed linen, mattresses and other items that you consider are a source of the bed bugs and put them out in the sun to air at a location that is far away from your living areas. After they have been out there for some time, gather the bed linen and put it into your washing machine, with the highest hot setting that you can get. Temperature kills most bed bugs.
